Professional, on time, no mess. We had previously rented a rug cleaner machine that made the stains worse, and I thought I would need to replace the carpet, but Nesheim’s did excellent work and the carpet looks like new!
I have used Nesheim several times for carpet cleaning. Best I found. I recently used them for a couch cleaning with normal use dirt. It’s an Ethan Allen brand couch, good quality. After a $200 cleaning , although improved, the same stains on the the front cushion remain. I have pictures of before and after below. The dirt around the skirt is improved but not clean. I was hoping for better results from this very professional company. I consider Nesheim the best in the area for carpets so maybe this is the best that can be done. Tag says ok for dry cleaning. Maybe that’s what I’ll try next.
Once again Nesheim’s did not disappoint! They did an excellent job cleaning the carpet on three floors of the house, including getting out some dark stains. The quality work they do is worth every penny! I will continue to patronize this business because I know I will be satisfied with the end result.
I have used Nesheims for carpet cleaning before, and went back to them because I like t he way they do business, and because they are personable, local, and do a good job. They came, took great care, returned the area rugs, a nd were so prompt, even in the middle of the pandemic, they answered their phone, and gave me prices, pick up times, and did an outstanding job at a 6 ft distance.
