I have used Nesheim several times for carpet cleaning. Best I found. I recently used them for a couch cleaning with normal use dirt. It’s an Ethan Allen brand couch, good quality. After a $200 cleaning , although improved, the same stains on the the front cushion remain. I have pictures of before and after below. The dirt around the skirt is improved but not clean. I was hoping for better results from this very professional company. I consider Nesheim the best in the area for carpets so maybe this is the best that can be done. Tag says ok for dry cleaning. Maybe that’s what I’ll try next.
The technician had his work cut out for him but he jumped right in. There were rust stains from old furniture legs. There were also cat stains that had been there for years. He tried everything and it worked. He was respectful to the home and to my friend and me. If you want really good work done, call Nesheim’s.
