After I spilled milkshake on my antique rug, Eddie took my call after hours on a weeknight and helped walk me through a preliminary cleaning. He then came to pick it up the next morning, and had the rug back to me in a week (over the holidays) looking 1000% better.
I request and received an in person inspection and quote. An appointment was set and as a result of all concerns being addressed and questions answered the appointment was set and agreed to. The 64 year old hardwood floors were showing wear, especially in the high traffic areas and the grout in the kitchen/dining room and two bathrooms needed professional cleaning. Employees of Nesheim were respectful, polite and professional and the floors look amazing. If there is anything negative at all to reference for this review, it would have to be not sticking to the original schedule discussed at the time I signed the contract. But overall, I am very pleased with the results!. I would recommend Nesheim’s for your hardwood floors and grout cleaning.
