Nesheim’s has cleaned my carpets in the past, and I’ve always been happy with their service. I’ve taken my Persian rug and other area rugs to Nesheim’s for cleaning for a number of years, and just recently did so again. They always do a really great job, and are really careful in the way they handle these items. Their prices have gone up over the years, though, and I’m not sure I will be able to continue to afford their rug cleaning service.
I have used Nesheims for carpet cleaning before, and went back to them because I like t he way they do business, and because they are personable, local, and do a good job. They have bee around for a long time, and know their business. I prefer dealing with people who are knowledgeable and professional. They came, took great care, returned the area rugs, a nd were so prompt, even in the middle of the pandemic, they answered their phone, and gave me prices, pick up times, and did an outstanding job at a 6 ft distance.
Professional, on time, no mess. We had previously rented a rug cleaner machine that made the stains worse, and I thought I would need to replace the carpet, but Nesheim’s did excellent work and the carpet looks like new!
Once again Nesheim’s did not disappoint! They did an excellent job cleaning the carpet on three floors of the house, including getting out some dark stains. The quality work they do is worth every penny! I will continue to patronize this business because I know I will be satisfied with the end result.
